Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies we use, and why. Last updated: 16 July 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit.

ApplyPilot AI keeps this simple: at present, we do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies of any kind.

What we actually use today

Local Storage (keeping you signed in)Strictly Necessary

We use your browser's local storage — not a traditional cookie — to keep you signed in between visits. It's stored on your device but, unlike a cookie, isn't automatically sent to our servers with every request. Without it, you'd need to log in again on every page.

Stripe (during checkout)Third Party

When you're taken to Stripe's own hosted page to enter payment details, Stripe may set its own cookies to secure the session and prevent fraud. We don't control these — see Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner, and this page will be updated to describe them before they're switched on.

How to control cookies via your browser

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Note that blocking local storage will sign you out and prevent the platform from working correctly.
